How much?
The rates quoted below are standard for rentals lasting a minimum of one week. We do offer discounts for longer stays (over 3 weeks). We accept credit cards through our rental agent, who also arranges for deposits, etc.
In addition to the rental rates, guests must pay Hawaii Taxes of 11.42% and a cleaning fee of $385.00 (USD).
--Normal Rates: $599.00 (USD) per night ++
--Off-Season Rates: $499.00 (USD) per night ++
--Holiday Rates: $659.00 (USD) per night ++
Off Season = September and non-Holiday weeks in November/December
Holiday = Weeks surrounding Christmas, New Year's Eve and Iron Man (mid-October)
